Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to hit output, quality and cycle-time targets in a fast-paced cleanroom.

The role requires following strict cleanroom protocols and safety standards, supporting process-improvement, cost-reduction and yield-enhancement projects, and ensuring compliance with EHS and company policies while performing other duties.

Qualifications

• Team leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Semiconductor manufacturing background preferred
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and follow protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of SPM / O-Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Graduate Diploma
• At least 1-3 years of working experience as a Production Supervisor in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience managing sawn QFN products
• Willingness and ability to work in a cleanroom environment
• Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
