Job summary

Renesas is seeking a Production Supervisor in Penang, Malaysia to lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality, and cycle-time targets.

You will ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and industry quality standards while driving process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives on the line. This role requires hands-on leadership in semiconductor manufacturing and a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as listed (SPM/O-Level or higher).
• Experience as Production Supervisor in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
