Job summary

Serba Wangi Sdn Bhd in Kedah, Malaysia, seeks an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to join our night-shift operations and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production.

You will plan daily production activities, assign tasks, lead and train staff, monitor attendance, resolve manpower issues, and uphold food safety and company protocols. This role requires initiative and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Foundation or equivalent.
• Strong initiative and willingness to take responsibility.
• Hardworking and committed to meeting production targets.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to production processes.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• MUST be able to work night shifts and overtime when required.
• Relevant experience in food manufacturing or production supervision is preferred.
