Job summary

RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Supervisor Production to oversee daily production operations, ensure SOPs are followed, and achieve targets. You will allocate tasks, monitor processes from mixing to packing, and guarantee materials are available before work begins.

The role requires identifying and reporting defects, monitoring equipment, maintaining safety, and coordinating with Store, Sales and Admin to meet quality standards while keeping the production area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Monitor QC work to ensure products move to the next process only when approved.
• Identify defective or non-standard products and report them.
• Monitor equipment usage and condition.
• Resolve production process issues promptly.
• Communicate production needs with Store, Sales, Admin and other departments.
• Provide instruction and guidance to workers when needed.
• Ensure worker and equipment safety throughout production.

• Oversee and monitor production work daily
• Ensure tasks follow SOPs
• Allocate tasks to workers based on production requirements
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved
• Monitor mixing, filling, packing, labelling and related production processes
• Ensure raw materials and production goods are sufficient before work begins
• Monitor material usage and prevent wastage
• Ensure products meet specified quantity and quality standards
• Conduct inspections and monitoring of worker output
• Maintain production area cleanliness, tidiness and organisation
