Job summary

Renesas Electronics Malaysia in Penang is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leads to hit output, quality, and cycle time targets in a fast-paced cleanroom environment.

You will follow strict safety, EHS, and quality standards, support cost reduction and yield improvement projects, and participate in RPA initiatives while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: SPM / O‑Level, professional certificate, diploma or higher.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality, and cycle time targets.
• Follow cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.
• Participate in process improvement, cost reduction, yield enhancement projects & RPA.
• Comply with company policies, EHS requirements, and industry regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations
