Job summary

VACUUMSCHMELZE (M) Sdn Bhd in Pekan, Malaysia is hiring a Production Supervisor responsible for managing daily production activities to meet productivity, delivery and quality targets. You will monitor planning, lead times, line cleanliness, safety, and generate daily reports while guiding a team to achieve performance goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electronic or Mechanical engineering, at least 1 year of related experience, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electronic, Mechanical or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong supervisory, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
