Responsibilities

• Ensure production runs according to the Daily Production Machine Schedule.
• Arrange manpower according to the Daily Production Machine Schedule.
• Prepare Job Sheet for the workers according to the Daily Production Machine Schedule.
• Prepare Machine Output Checklist (MOC) for moulding according to the work order.
• Ensure machine parameters are set according to the MOC and Standard Operating Procedure.
• Check dimensions of the first product before mass production.
• Work closely with QC to ensure products meet standards and SOP.
• Ensure sufficient raw materials for moulding according to the Daily Production Machine Schedule.
• Review production targets and workers' performance for every shift.
• Ensure workers follow safety practices and use PPE as per company regulations.
• Report any damaged equipment to superiors immediately.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To ensure production run according to the Daily Production Machine Schedule.
• To arrange manpower according to the Daily Production Machine Schedule.
• To prepare Job Sheet for the workers according to the Daily Production Machine Schedule.
• To prepare Machine Output Checklist (MOC) for the moulding according to the worksorder.
• To ensure all machine parameter is set according to the MOC and Standard OperatingProcedure.
• To ensure every first product to be check the dimension and filled up the First Product Check and any related form before start mass production.
• To work closely with the QC to ensure product produce follow standard and according tothe Standard Operating Procedure.
• To ensure raw material is sufficient for moulding use (Non-Bearing) according to the DailyProduction Machine Schedule.
• To review production target and workers performance for every shift.
• To ensure worker works in safe manner, follow safety practice and use Personal ProtectiveEquipment according to the company rules and regulation.
• If found any equipment such as machine, mould, and tools got damaged, need to report tosuperior immediately.
