Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of glue volatilization and glue mixing environment requirements.

• Strong communication skills required.
• Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate per documented procedures and must be certified.
• Perform daily process or operation per document.
• Be certified to perform process or operation.
• Highlight quality issues to Line Leader or Supervisor.
• Follow ESD and Cleanroom procedures.
• Do not use substandard tools or machines.
• Achieve daily target.
• Maintain 5S at all times.
• Practice Lean Manufacturing and take on additional duties as directed.
• Derive continual improvement.
• Practice Risk Based Thinking in planning and execution.
• Comply with ISO requirements and company rules/regulations.
