Job summary

The successful candidate will maintain 5S at all times, report quality issues to supervisors, and contribute to continual improvements within a global laser and materials company.

Qualifications

• SPM minimum requirement, Malaysian secondary education.
• Basic knowledge of glue volatilization and glue mixing environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate per documented procedures and ensure certification.
• Perform daily processes per documented guidelines.
• Highlight quality issues to Line Leader or Supervisor.
• Maintain 5S and follow ESD/Cleanroom procedures.
• Achieve daily targets and practice Lean Manufacturing.
• Derive continual improvements and risk-based planning.
