Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of glue volatilization and glue mixing environment requirements.
• Familiar with either coupling or welding or soldering equipment.
• Communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Perform operation/process as per document and must be certified.
• Performing daily process or operation as per document.
• To be certified to perform process or operation.
• Highlight any quality issues regarding the product or operation to Line Leader or Supervisor.
• Follow related processes such as ESD and Cleanroom procedure.
• Do not work with substandard tools or machines.
• Achieve daily targets.
• Maintain 5S at end of shift.
• Practice Lean Manufacturing and perform other duties as directed.
• Derive Continual Improvement.
• Practice Risk Based Thinking in planning and execution of tasks.
• Comply with ISO requirements and company rules.
