Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning/scheduling or manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules.
• Prioritize and sequence jobs based on demand, capacity and constraints.
• Monitor schedule attainment, WIP flow, and production performance.
• Manage production escalations and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material, capacity, and delivery issues.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve throughput, cycle time, and delivery performance.
