Job summary

XPENG Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to perform incoming quality inspection, apply standards, and manage rework and rejections.

You will respond quickly to manufacturing issues, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate with headquarters in China to close quality problems, while gaining hands-on experience with vehicle hardware repair, electrical inspection, and product evaluation. XPENG offers growth within an expanding European EV brand.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above required (associate degree acceptable).
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience; automotive industry a strong plus.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and typical manufacturing processes; experience handling common quality issues.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills; strong execution ability.
• No color blindness or color weakness that could affect quality judgment.

• Demonstrate hands-on capabilities in vehicle hardware repair, electrical inspection and diagnosis, and product evaluation.
