Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of manufacturing planning and supervisory experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor daily/weekly production schedules.
• Supervise and motivate production teams to meet targets.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with stores and procurement for material availability.
• Analyze production downtime and efficiency metrics.
