Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Scheduling professional to build and refine master production schedules (EXT & SP), manage daily production plans, and keep output on target. You will work in Negeri Sembilan, Seremban, coordinating with multiple functions to ensure timely delivery of products.

You will collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Logistics and Quality Control to monitor performance, report on efficiency and delays, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling: Build and refine master production schedules (EXT & SP) and daily production plans.
• Inventory & Material Planning: Align raw materials and packaging to demand, avoiding stockouts and excess.
• Capacity Planning: Assess equipment and labour capacity against demand; suggest shift adjustments.
• Operational Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflow, and uncover cost-saving opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate daily with Purchasing, Sales, Logistics and QA to stay aligned.
• Reporting: Track output, efficiency, defects, delays; translate data into management reports.
• Other duties: as assigned by your superior.

• 2. Inventory & Material Planning: Keep raw materials and packaging supply matched to demand, avoiding both stockouts and excess inventory.
• 3. Capacity Planning: Evaluate equipment and labour capacity against demand, and recommend shift adjustments to close gaps.
• 4. Operational Improvement: Spot bottlenecks, streamline workflow, and identify cost-saving opportunities on the floor.
• 5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work daily with Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and Quality Control to keep operations synchronized.
• 6. Reporting: Track output, efficiency, defects, and delays, and turn that data into clear reports for management.
• 7. Other duties reasonably assigned by your superior from time to time.
