Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Analyze demand forecasts, sales orders, and inventory levels to plan production.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure raw materials and components are available.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Optimize capacity utilization, labor, and equipment efficiency.
• Communicate production plans clearly to manufacturing and operations teams.
• Track KPIs such as output, lead times, and inventory levels.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports in MRP systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction efforts.
