• Respond quickly to material shortages and find solutions to keep lines running.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to prioritize orders for on-time delivery.
• Investigate failed material shipments and participate in problem-solving.
• Attend production meetings and communicate updates.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain records and documentation of production planning activities.
• Conduct capacity and resource planning analyses to identify process improvements and cost reductions.
• Collaborate with supervisors and operators to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
