Job summary

Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supervisor - Production (Offline Quality Control) to lead and oversee OQC operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs, safety rules and ISO 9001/13485/GMP standards. You will supervise inspectors, organize glove inspections and packing, and monitor packaging workflows to maintain product quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent working experience.
• Preferable with working experience in glove manufacturing plant for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise OQC workers to perform jobs according to written work instructions.
• Organise and plan gloves for inspection, checking, and repacking by OQC operators.
• Maintain segregation of NR and NBR products across all OQC areas.
• Allocate packaging materials from the store based on the packing plan.
• Verify and monitor the work of OQC Group Leaders, Inspectors, and Operators.
• Handle and follow up on problems reported by OQC Group Leaders.
• Review and check all checklists and reports submitted by Group Leaders on a timely basis.
• Provide on-the-job training to QC Testers, Packers, Inspectors, and Group Leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of OQC rooms, storage, packaging, and final packing areas.
• Conduct worker appraisals during the probation period.
