Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and adjust equipment settings when necessary.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality; promptly report any issues to the supervisor.
• Accurately complete production logs and documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on machines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification (Must passed), Certificate & Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
• Medically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Malaysian nationals only.
• Basic proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a multi-national, multi-racial team.
• Good vision and ability to read engineering drawings.
• Willing to work fixed 12-hour shifts (Day/Night) and overtime when required.
• Ability to work at Seksyen 32, Shah Alam.
• Basic math and computer skills.
