Job summary

Sika is a specialty chemicals company with a strong global footprint in bonding, sealing and protection solutions for building and industrial manufacturing. This production role requires following PPE rules, safe operating practices, and delivering products per the Production Sheet.

You will participate in sampling for QC, document records for stock updates, and contribute to continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification and basic reading skills.
• Able to speak BM or English.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• To comply with all PPE requirements in carrying out the job.
• To operate the machinery of the plant safely and efficiently.
• To produce the products as stated in the Production Sheet.
• To ensure samples are taken and delivered to Quality Control for testing.
• To record production documents for warehouse stock updates.
• To attend toolbox meetings conducted by the Production Supervisor.
• To communicate improvements to Production Supervisor to simplify processes.
