Job summary

Prysmian Group membuka peluang sebagai operator kilang untuk memastikan mesin produksi berjalan lancar, mengawasi aliran kerja, dan memenuhi syarat penghantaran pelanggan. Tugas termasuk memantau kualiti dan mematuhi SOP serta peraturan keselamatan di kilang.

Calon perlu memiliki kelayakan minimal SPM, kemahiran asas komunikasi, serta komitmen kerja yang tinggi; pengalaman sebagai operator dianggap kelebihan dan bersedia bekerja pada shift jika diperlukan.

Qualifications

• Lepasan SPM atau setaraf.
• Kemahiran komunikasi asas untuk lapor kepada penyelia.
• Sihat tubuh badan.
• Bertanggungjawab dan berdisiplin.
• Menepati masa dan mempunyai komitmen kerja.
• Bersedia bekerja shift (jika diperlukan).
• Mematuhi semua peraturan keselamatan (Safety Rules).
• Pengalaman kerja sebagai operator adalah satu kelebihan.
• Mematuhi arahan kerja (SOP) dengan betul.
• Keupayaan bekerja dalam persekitaran kilang/pengeluaran Prysmian.

Responsibilities

• Mengawal mesin produksi untuk pastikan output ditetapkan.
• Memantau aliran pengeluaran untuk memenuhi keperluan pelanggan dan penghantaran.
• Tertakluk kepada arahan penyelia produksi mengikut SOP.
