Successful candidates will be employed to work at Coherent's manufacturing facility, where full on-the-job training will be provided.

Candidates with relevant manufacturing or electronics assembly experience will be given priority; fresh candidates with the right attitude and motivation to succeed are welcome.

Production Operator

Agensi Pekerjaan Intellect Vast Consultant Sdn. Bhd. is recruiting motivated Production Operators on behalf of Coherent, a global leader in electronics manufacturing located in Chemor, Ipoh, Perak. Successful candidates will be employed to work at Coherent's manufacturing facility, where full on-the-job training will be provided. Candidates with relevant manufacturing or electronics assembly experience will be given priority.

Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, assembling small electronic components, performing packing and labelling activities, and conducting visual quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards. You will work closely with the production team to achieve daily production targets while complying with all safety procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality requirements. You will also maintain a clean and organised work area, report any equipment or product issues to your supervisor, and carry out other duties assigned by management as required.

Bhd. sedang merekrut Operator Pengeluaran bagi pihak Coherent, sebuah syarikat peneraju global dalam pembuatan elektronik yang beroperasi di Chemor, Ipoh, Perak. Calon yang berjaya akan ditempatkan untuk bekerja di fasiliti pembuatan Coherent, di mana latihan penuh semasa bekerja akan disediakan.

Tanggungjawab

Sebagai Operator Pengeluaran, anda akan bertanggungjawab mengendalikan mesin pengeluaran, memasang komponen elektronik bersaiz kecil, menjalankan kerja pembungkusan dan pelabelan, serta melakukan pemeriksaan visual bagi memastikan produk memenuhi standard kualiti syarikat. Anda akan bekerjasama dengan pasukan pengeluaran untuk mencapai sasaran pengeluaran harian sambil mematuhi semua prosedur keselamatan, Prosedur Operasi Standard (SOP), dan keperluan kualiti. Anda juga perlu memastikan kawasan kerja sentiasa bersih dan kemas, melaporkan sebarang kerosakan atau ketidakpatuhan kepada penyelia, serta melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan.

Kelayakan

• Warganegara Malaysia.
• Minimum PMR/SPM/SKM atau kelayakan yang setaraf.
• Bersedia dan mampu bekerja syif 12 jam secara bergilir (6 hari seminggu).
• Bersedia bekerja lebih masa apabila diperlukan.
• Mempunyai rekod kehadiran yang baik serta sikap kerja yang positif.
• Mampu bekerja secara individu dan juga dalam pasukan.

Gaji, Elaun, Kerja Lebih Masa & Faedah

• Gaji Pokok: RM1,760 sebulan
