Coherent Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Ipoh is seeking an Assistant Engineer to monitor process issues on the shift, covering Aligner and Attach processes, with responsibilities including machine setup, optimization and buy-off. You will manage reject disposition and verification while training operators on new processes.
Education required is a Diploma in Technology. Experience in aligner processes is advantageous; familiarity with SPC and MS Office is expected.
Responsible for monitoring process issues and resolving issues within the shift. He will cover Middle of Line processess which are mainly Aligner process (Lens1, TxCol, Lens Array) and Attach process (Mux, Pmux, Demux SA)
Monitor the shiftly yield.
Machine set-up, optimization and buy-off.
Reject disposition and verification.
Training of trainers/operators for new processes.
Carry out Engineering DOE/Evaluation/SBR
Education & Experience
Diploma in Technology (Electronics, Eletrical, Mechanical, Industrial).
Skills
Experience in aligner process is an advantage.
