Qualifications

• SPM or above required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the full operation of the production department.
• Assist in planning and coordinating daily production activities.
• Support warehouse management including stock control and logistics coordination.
• Monitor workflow and ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Assist in supervising and managing production staff and workers.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and efficiency enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisors and support cross-department collaboration.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain records related to production and warehouse activities.
