Job summary

EV Connection Sdn Bhd invites ambitious fresh graduates to join our Business Management Trainee Programme in Malaysia. You will rotate into Human Resources, Purchasing, or Sales & Business Development, gaining hands-on exposure to core business operations under experienced mentors.

We offer structured on-the-job training, cross-department collaboration, and potential progression to executive roles upon successful completion of the programme.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Candidates with less than two years of working experience are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Human Resources: Support recruitment, employee onboarding, training, employee engagement, payroll documentation and HR administration.
• Purchasing: Assist with supplier sourcing, quotation comparisons, purchase orders, delivery coordination, purchasing records and supplier performance monitoring.
• Sales & Business Development: Support customer engagement, market research, preparation of quotations and proposals, sales follow-ups and the development of new business opportunities.
