Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and departmental rotation programs.
• Support daily operational and administrative activities within assigned departments.
• Assist in monitoring production efficiency, workflow, and operational performance.
• Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Purchasing, HR, and Planning.
• Prepare reports, documentation, presentations, and operational records.
• Learn company systems, manufacturing processes, and management practices.
• Participate in projects and assignments assigned by supervisors and management.
