Synergy Sterilisation (Kulim) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, manage schedules, and ensure materials are properly identified and accessible to the production team.

You will coordinate with production, quality, and sales departments, monitor safety and SOP compliance, optimize warehouse space, and drive data-driven improvements using ODMS. This role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate with employees, organize work sequences and monitor workflow.
• Safety-focused with understanding of PPE usage and daily safety supervision.
• Experience operating a forklift and handling warehouse activities.

Mansioni

• Communicate with employees, organize work sequences and monitor workflow.
• Ensure materials received for production or inventory are properly identified and accessible to production personnel.
• Complete production plans by following schedule, prioritizing tasks, monitoring progress and resolving issues.
• Update data and information in the ODMS system.
• Monitor site production and warehouse workers to ensure SOPs and WIs are followed.
• Communicate with supervisor, Production, QC or Sales for delays, damaged goods, or shortages.
• Maximize warehouse space by arranging storage locations and clearly identifying batches.
• Assist in validation exercises according to SOP and work instructions.
• Collect and evaluate production, warehouse and maintenance data; perform root-cause analysis of non-conforming problems.
• Monitor process steps, equipment, personnel and resources; implement cost reductions.
