Job summary

NEXTGREEN CROWNING PACKAGE PULP MOLDING SDN. BHD. is seeking a responsible Production Executive to support daily manufacturing operations and coordinate production activities.

You will coordinate with operators and supervisors, provide guidance to junior staff, and monitor quality and equipment to ensure smooth daily production. Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing or related field and a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing are required; experience in pulp moulding or packaging is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and production operations.
• Experience in pulp moulding, paper, packaging, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily production activities according to the production schedule.
• Coordinate with production operators and supervisors to support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to production operators and junior team members to improve work performance, skills, and understanding of production processes.
• Support the training and development of production personnel by sharing work knowledge, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain daily records of production output and progress to support production planning and coordination.
• Ensure raw materials, packaging materials, tools, and other production resources are available for daily operations.
• Assist in monitoring product quality during production.
• Assist in monitoring the condition and operation of production machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and servicing requirements with the relevant personnel when required.
• Maintain accurate production records, including production output, material usage, and other relevant information.
• Carry out daily production activities in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement and support the implementation of corrective actions where required.
• Liaise with relevant departments on matters related to daily production activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
