The role requires 10+ years in high-volume manufacturing IE, expertise in capacity planning, line balancing, and Lean Six Sigma, plus strong leadership and data skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• 10+ years of progressive IE experience in high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Industrial Engineering function and build a high-performing team.
• Own capacity planning, scenario modelling, and constraint analysis.
• Translate forecasts into equipment, space, labor, and capital needs.
• Lead factory capital planning with budgeting and returns tracking.
• Establish time and labor standards and capacity models.
• Improve layouts, material flow, and ergonomic considerations using Lean.
