is seeking an Operation Manager / Senior Production Supervisor to assist the factory manager in resolving production issues and to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments. You will coordinate daily production activities, implement food safety systems (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, HALAL), maintain equipment, manage inventory and manpower, and train unskilled operators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Good English, Malay and Mandarin communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and smart devices.

Responsibilities

• Assist factory manager in resolving production disputes and issues.
• Ensure smooth daily production operations across departments.
• Coordinate daily production activities and scheduling.
• Implement company food safety system (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, HALAL).
• Maintain machines and perform equipment checks.
• Arrange manpower and manage inventory.
• Identify training needs and train unskilled operators.
• Achieve higher output with reduced rejection; uphold housekeeping.
• Work beyond normal hours when required.
