Job summary

The role emphasizes Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and strong EHS compliance, with a focus on mentoring supervisors and managing budgets and resources in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering/manufacturing degree required.
• Minimum 8–10 years manufacturing experience with 5+ in leadership.
• Strong Lean, CI, and EHS knowledge.
• Experience in cable/electronics/high-volume manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to hit safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.
• Develop production plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance.
