Job description

Oversee all production lines and ensure operations follow SOPs, WI, and quality standards.

Ensure output meets required productivity, quality, and cost targets.

Monitor line downtime and take corrective actions promptly.

Balance line loading, manpower allocation, and machine utilization for optimal efficiency.

Ensure smooth production flow from SMT, Assembly, Testing, and Box Build.

Lead, coach, and guide Production Supervisors, Line Leaders, and Operators.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.

Promote a positive and disciplined working culture with accountability and teamwork.

Ensure all products meet customer requirements and internal quality standards.

Work closely with QA/QC teams to address quality issues, implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Support internal/external audits related to ISO, IATF, and customer requirements.

Enforce compliance with workplace safety and 5S standards.

Track daily/weekly KPIs such as output, yield, scrap rate, manpower efficiency, and downtime.

Prepare production reports for management review.

Analyze production performance trends and propose improvement actions.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EMS or high-volume electronics manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience in production planning and people management.
• Good understanding of SMT, assembly, and box build processes (added advantage).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
