Job summary

Mondelez Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Machine Specialist / Production Specialist 3 to troubleshoot and maintain our packaging and manufacturing lines. The role covers moulding, conveyors, OPM, TTME, and carton sealer issues, with emphasis on keeping line uptime high.

You will participate in GMP, HALAL, Safety, HACCP trainings, drive continuous improvement, perform planned maintenance, changeovers, and IL6S initiatives, and step in as Shift Leader when needed, while ensuring quality and

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot minor machine issues on Moulding, Main Conveyor, OPM, TTME, Carton Sealer.
• Attend mandatory trainings (GMP, HALAL, Safety, HACCP) and other role-specific trainings.
• Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement programs.
• Update daily checklist, generate reports with Shift Leader, and act as Shift Leader in their absence.
• Replace operators in other areas or lines when required.
• Ensure machine and work area cleaning and sanitation are carried out timely.
