Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or capacity control within manufacturing.
• Proficient with ERP platforms and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of shop floor material flow, inventory tracking, and schedule adherence metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor Degree in business, supply chain, operations, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop master production schedules and output plans based on customer orders and inventory levels.
• Track daily shop floor workloads and sequence production runs to minimize machine setup changeovers.
• Coordinate with procurement, store, and production teams to resolve material shortages and schedule disruptions.
• Utilize enterprise resource planning systems to release, track, and close production orders on time.
• Monitor work-in-progress and finished goods inventory levels to prepare periodic stock reports.
