Trinity Precision Manufacturing is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Production department as an Intern. This is a contract-based internship opportunity located in Senai, Johor, offering you valuable hands-on experience in the manufacturing and production environment. As a Production Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals to understand and contribute to our production operations, whilst gaining practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and scheduling. What you'll be doing
Assisting production teams with daily manufacturing operations and production line activities
Supporting production planning and scheduling tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products
Monitoring production progress and reporting on key performance metrics and production status
Helping with quality control checks and ensuring adherence to manufacturing standards and procedures
Assisting in inventory management and stock rotation within the production facility
Supporting maintenance of production equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and organised environment
Documenting production data and maintaining accurate records for process improvement initiatives
Collaborating with team members to identify inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement projects
Following all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols and procedures at all times
What we're looking for
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a qualification in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline
Strong interest in manufacturing, production operations, and logistics
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with production data and records
Good organisational and time management skills to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors
Basic understanding of production processes, planning, and scheduling concepts
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
Strong communication skills and ability to report findings clearly
Commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance in the workplace
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility environment
