is seeking a motivated Process Engineering Intern to support the Process Engineering team in improving manufacturing processes, production efficiency, quality, and overall operational performance. You will assist with data collection, root cause analysis, lean projects, and documentation, while collaborating with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve process issues.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in engineering fields as listed.
• Available for 3–6 months internship.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to learn in a manufacturing/production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Process Engineers in monitoring and improving manufacturing processes.
• Support process improvement and optimization to boost productivity and quality.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain production and process data.
• Assist in RCA and corrective/preventive actions.
• Prepare process documentation, work instructions, and related engineering documents.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement projects.
• Support time study, process capability studies, and productivity initiatives.
• Assist with trial runs, process validation, and engineering changes.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other departments to resolve issues.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineering Intern to support the Process Engineering team in improving manufacturing processes, production efficiency, quality, and overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Process Engineers in monitoring and improving manufacturing processes.
• Support process improvement and optimization activities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain production and process data.
• Assist in identifying process issues, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action activities.
• Assist in preparing and updating process documentation, work instructions, process flow, and related engineering documents.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement projects.
• Support time study, process capability studies, and productivity improvement activities.
• Assist with trial runs, process validation, and implementation of engineering changes.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve process-related issues.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to process improvement projects.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Process Engineering team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 3–6 months.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to learn and work in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to take on new challenges.
