Job summary

Trinity Precision Manufacturing SDN BHD is seeking an enthusiastic Production Intern to join our Senai, Johor facility. This contract-based internship offers practical exposure to manufacturing, production planning, and scheduling as you work with experienced professionals.

You will assist production teams, support planning and monitoring, perform quality checks, manage inventory, and help maintain equipment while adhering to health, safety, and environmental protocols.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a qualification related to manufacturing.
• Interest in manufacturing, production operations and logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with production data and records.
• Good organisational and time management skills to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and follow supervisor instructions.
• Basic understanding of production processes, planning and scheduling concepts.
• Willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Strong communication skills to report findings clearly.
• Commitment to health, safety and environmental compliance in the workplace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting production teams with daily manufacturing operations and production line activities.
• Supporting production planning and scheduling tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products.
• Monitoring production progress and reporting on key performance metrics and production status.
• Helping with quality control checks and ensuring adherence to manufacturing standards and procedures.
• Assisting in inventory management and stock rotation within the production facility.
• Supporting maintenance of production equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and organised environment.
• Documenting production data and maintaining accurate records for process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with team members to identify inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Following all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols and procedures at all times.
