Job summary

Gold Coin Feedmills (M) Sdn Bhd in Kulai, Johor, invites applications for a Production Executive / Supervisor to oversee daily feed production, milling and farm machinery maintenance, and R&D sampling. This role supports research objectives while ensuring efficient operations.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and have hands-on experience in poultry farms or feed mills, with the ability to relocate to Kulai if needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering required.
• Experience in poultry farms, feed mill or animal research facility preferred.
• Experience in research environment is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the research method processes as determined by the research team.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels of raw feed ingredients, raw materials and additives.
• Oversee planned and preventative maintenance schedules (including equipment calibration) to maximize production throughput.
• Perform routine feed sampling for laboratory analysis.
• Maintain and service R&D line machinery and farm equipment.
• Implement and supervise planned cleaning schedules.
• Undertake additional tasks as needed.

Job description

We are seeking a Production Executive / Supervisor to join our team at Gold Coin Feedmills (M) Sdn Bhd. This position will be based in Ayer Bemban, Kulai Johor. The position encompass daily operation includes assisting in feed production for research purpose, maintenance of the milling and farm machineries and equipment.

What you'll be doing :

To carry out the research method processes as determined by research team.

Manage and monitor inventory level of raw inventory of feed ingredients, raw materials, and additives.

Oversee planned and preventative maintenance schedules (including calibration of equipment) in order to achieve maximum production throughputs.

To routine feed sampling for laboratory analysis.

Maintain in R&D line machinery equipment’s and equipment in the farm.

Implement and supervise planned cleaning schedules.

Any other task from time to time when needed.

What we're looking for :

At least Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or any related field.

Working experience in poultry farms, feed mill or animal research facility.

Experience in research environment will be an added bonus.

Possess valid Driving Licenses.

Ability to commute / relocate to Kulai, Johor.
