We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Production Executive to join our manufacturing team in Chemor. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, leading production teams, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve quality, productivity, and efficiency targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production schedules and targets are achieved.
- Lead production teams to improve productivity, quality, yield, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce operating costs.
- Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Coordinate closely with Production Planning to meet customer demand and inventory requirements.
- Support equipment performance improvement and TPM initiatives to minimize downtime.
- Conduct training and coaching for production personnel to develop competencies and operational flexibility.
- Maintain accurate production documentation, SOPs, BMRs, and equipment records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical, FMCG, or regulated environment.
- Good understanding of GMP/cGMP requirements and manufacturing best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in process improvement, production planning, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and production reporting tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, tableting, or capsuling operations.
- Exposure to TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing production KPIs such as yield, downtime, quality, and efficiency.
