Job summary

Trisen Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Engineer in Malaysia to support mechanical engineering activities for plastics components. You will review requirements, support DFM discussions, and develop PPAP/APQP plans with schedules.

Collaboration with internal teams and vendors is essential to meet quality and delivery targets. The ideal candidate has a background in mechanical engineering, hands-on troubleshooting, and familiarity with Autodesk CAD.

Qualifications

• Possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 years experience of working in manufacturing industry or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting & machining activities.
• Familiarity with various plastic moulding & polymer processing know how.
• Ability to handle practically engineering software such as Autodesk & cad data.
• Good problem-solving, cross-functional team and organizational skills.
• Independent, analytical, strong mathematic, attentive & responsive.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
• Execute and implementing project and product DFM discussion.
• Develop comprehensive project PPAP, APQP & etc with schedule deadline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare for the manufacturing facilities.
• Prepare detailed structure of testing plans that meets the quality requirements.
• Perform timely efficient to monitor project progress and feedback.
• Negotiate with vendor for refinementof rectification the breakdown & modification.
• Validate the effectiveness of implemented solution.
• Good communication with customer at all level.
