• Identify and implement improvement projects to reduce utility costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare daily production reports for management review.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure products consistently meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Monitor, plan, and coordinate daily production activities, manpower allocation, machine maintenance schedules, and operational workflows to ensure production targets are achieved
