You will lead operations, optimize processes, and drive line efficiency while collaborating with QA, Maintenance, and HR. The role emphasizes safety, 5S, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate has a degree in process/chemical/mechanical engineering plus 3+ years in food manufacturing and strong leadership capabilities to guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Process, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing.
• GMP, HACCP & ISO QM knowledge is required.
• Strong production data analysis, interpretation and reporting skills.
• Excellent leadership and ability to interact at all levels and guide teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and inspire the production team on day-to-day operations to hit daily manufacturing targets.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks; monitor WIP for maximum throughput.
• Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and HR to resolve quality issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Present daily production indices in management meetings; ensure traceable documentation.
• Ensure safety, 5S compliance, and effective deployment of manpower.
