Job summary

Wen Ken Group in Johor Bahru, Malaysia is seeking a Production Process Executive to support and optimize manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Planning, QA, QC, and Warehouse to execute production plans.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering (pharmaceutical) or related field, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. Pharma exposure and GMP/SOP knowledge are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering (Pharmaceutical) or related field.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing background strongly preferred.
• Understanding of GMP, SOPs, CAPA and regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production scheduling and coordinate closely with Planning, QA, QC, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor daily production activities to ensure alignment with production plans and timelines
• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of work assignments, documentation, and operational checklists
• Prepare and analyze production reports, including efficiency, yield, and equipment utilization
• Track and evaluate production performance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Ensure all operations comply with GMP, SOPs, CAPA, and regulatory requirements
• Support and lead quality reviews of equipment operations and production outcomes
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Participate in root cause analysis and process optimization activities
• Lead and coordinate process training, SOP awareness, and knowledge sharing sessions
• Mentor plant operators to enhance operational competency and compliance awareness
• Develop, review, and update SOPs and related documentation
• Ensure proper documentation control and continuous alignment with operational practice
