Frencken Mechatronics Malaysia is seeking a Production Engineer to support and improve manufacturing processes, driving efficiency, quality, productivity, and cost reductions. The role involves analyzing production issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across production, quality, and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering and 2–5 years of hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience in RCA and implementing corrective/preventive actions is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze production processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify production issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct RCA for recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
