Job summary

SIN CHOONG YAN WOODWORK SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Coordinator to help maintain production timelines and liaise between production and management. The role requires bilingual English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, with Mandarin prioritized for Mandarin-speaking customers.

You will manage resources, track materials and labor, and ensure accurate documentation while working collaboratively with a team. Strong attention to detail and Excel skills are essential, with SQL as a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in communicating and understands English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Mandarin will be prioritized to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Proficient in using office softwares such as SQL will be a plus point.
