Job summary

Kingdom BSL Technology Sdn. Bhd. in Penang seeks a proactive Production Coordinator to support the Production Manager with production schedules, timesheets, and labor appointment.

You will oversee maintenance planning, monitor quality control throughout production, ensure deadlines are met, coordinate with other departments, and ensure ready access to equipment, materials and supplies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM / Business Admin / engineering fields.
• Positive attitude to learn.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Mandarin, English, and Malay language requirements.
• Able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager with production schedules and timesheets.
• Appoint labor and schedule routine inspection and maintenance of equipment.
• Oversee quality control throughout production.
• Ensure production is completed before deadlines.
• Procure and monitor the efficiency of production equipment.
• Update Production Manager on project status.
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate production.
• Ensure equipment, materials and supplies are readily available for production.

• Assisting the Production Manager with administrative tasks like production schedules and timesheets.


• Appointing labor and Scheduling routine inspection and maintenance of production equipment to prevent equipment break-downs and malfunctioning.


• Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.


• Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines.


• Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.


• Updating the Production Manager on the status of projects.


• Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.


• Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / Electronic Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
