Brenntag is seeking a shift lead to oversee warehousing and production activities. You will plan shifts, delegate tasks, monitor execution, and ensure safety and quality within your team. You will also handle related administrative duties and supervise a small group of operators across warehousing and production processes.

Applicants should have a degree in science-related fields and at least 1 year of production or laboratory experience, with a strong emphasis on compliance and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Conduct operational warehousing and production (bulk (un-)loading, filling, mixing and blending) activities within the respective shifts.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines during the respective shifts.
• Execute selected administrative activities related to the shift work.
• Lead small team of operators in warehousing and production.

Job qualification/experience

Degree in Science / Chemistry / Biotechnology / or any related field. Minimum of 1 year experience in production / laboratory and/or R&D environment. Strict compliance to chemicals standards and guidelines. Organized in documentation. Able to supervise and train production workers. Good knowledge in the act of quality, safety, environmental and health. Good teamplayer and able to work independently.
