Job summary

Brenntag in Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan shifts and oversee warehousing and production activities across bulk loading, filling, mixing and blending. You will lead a small team of operators and ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.

The role requires a degree in Science, Chemistry or Biotechnology and at least 1 year of production, lab or R&D experience, with strong documentation and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Chemistry or Biotechnology.
• 1+ year experience in production, lab or R&D.
• Strict compliance to chemicals standards and guidelines.
• Organized documentation.
• Able to supervise and train production workers.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in production / laboratory and/or R&D environment.
• Strict compliance to chemicals standards and guidelines.
• Organized in documentation.
• Able to supervise and train production workers.
• Good knowledge in the act of quality, safety, environmental and health.
• Good teamplayer and able to work independently.
