Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education (SPM or equivalent) with a preference for vocational or technical qualifications.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of production equipment operation and routine maintenance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and report issues promptly.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks and work in a factory environment.
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures and commitment to workplace safety.
• Relevant technical certifications (such as in machinery operation or industrial maintenance) are preferred and would strengthen your application
