Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A diploma or certificate in manufacturing, production, or a related field can be advantageous.
• Familiarity with GMP and safety regulations specific to cosmetic production.

• Assist with pre-production tasks, including script revisions, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.
• Support the production team on set by handling equipment, managing logistics, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
• Collaboration with set preparation team, including setting up and breaking down equipment, props, and sets.
• Manage the distribution of production materials, including call sheets and scripts.
• Assist with the coordination of talent and crew schedules.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and communication with others.
