Job summary

Zhongda Shelf & Rack Technology (M) Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Johor is seeking a dedicated Production Admin to provide essential administrative support to the production department and help ensure smooth operations. This full-time role involves maintaining records, compiling reports, coordinating with production supervisors, and supporting planning and procurement activities to keep production on track.

You will work closely with the factory manager, assist with attendance and manpower updates,

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in production or administrative support.
• SPM or higher in Administration or related field.
• Experience in metal manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong MS Office and data-entry skills.
• Good Mandarin communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update daily production records including output, overtime, WIP, and schedules.
• Compile and file production reports and stock updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production reports.
• Handle production-related purchase requests and planning updates.
• Coordinate with production supervisors on attendance and manpower.
• Liaise with Factory Manager on progress, scheduling issues, and risks.

We are looking for a dedicated Production Admin to join our team at Zhongda Shelf & Rack Technology (M) Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Johor. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our production department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

What you'll be doing

• Update and maintain daily production records including output, overtime production, WIP status, and output schedule verification.
• Collect, compile, and file production reports and documentation, including records and stock take updates.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports, including manpower listings, monthly output reports, process control system rate reports, and overall production summaries.
• Handle purchase requests related to production operations and arrange pick-pack meetings and support production planning updates.
• Coordinate with production supervisors on attendance, manpower adjustments, and production updates.
• Liaise with Factory Manager and planners regarding production progress, scheduling issues, and planning risks.

What we're looking for

• At least 1 years of experience in a production or administrative support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• SPM or higher qualification in Administration or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably metal-related industry) would be advantageous.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and strong data entry, inventory handling, and general clerical work.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin is preferred
